Starting prices
An introductory call of up to fifteen minutes is free.
A two-hour on-site meeting is £150, paid upfront. We use the meeting to understand a workflow, explore an AI idea and discuss a first project. After payment we agree the meeting date, time and address by email; a particular appointment is not reserved until those details are confirmed. The £150 paid for a completed visit counts towards your first agreed development project, with no expiry. Refunded visits and cancellation charges do not create a project credit.
Small, tightly scoped build projects start from £500. The £2,500–£3,000 range shown for a first project is an indicative budget, not a personalised quote or a claim about measured client spending. Complexity, integrations, data preparation and the agreed deliverables affect the final price.
VAT and the amount payable
All displayed prices, including the £150 visit fee and the £500 and £2,500–£3,000 project prices, include VAT where applicable. Your written project quote confirms the scope and total payable.
Agreeing the work and running costs
Before a build begins, we agree its scope, fee, payment schedule and delivery expectations in writing. Any proposed change that affects the price or timetable is discussed and agreed before the extra work is carried out.
There is no automatic Reasoning Firms subscription when you book a visit or buy a project. Hosting, AI model/API usage, third-party licences and optional maintenance can create ongoing costs. Your project agreement will identify required services, who pays for them, how charges are calculated and any cancellation or renewal terms. Any recurring service from us requires a separate written agreement.
Software is delivered and handed over as described in the project agreement. No physical shipping is involved. Read our service terms and cancellation and refunds policy before arranging paid work.
