Accessibility and help

Last updated: 15 September 2026.

We want you to be able to find out about Reasoning Firms and contact us in a way that works for you. This statement covers this website, including the enquiry and visit pages.

Help using the website

If something is difficult to read, navigate or submit, tell us what you need. We can discuss an alternative format, help with an enquiry or reasonable adjustments to a meeting. You do not need to explain a diagnosis, and there is no charge for reasonable adjustments.

Use our contact form to tell us what you need. If you have already received an email from us, you can also reply to it.

Where possible, include the page address, what you were trying to do and the difficulty you encountered. Device, browser or assistive-technology details can help, but are optional. Tell us your preferred way to receive a reply. We aim to acknowledge accessibility requests within three working days and agree a practical next step.

Features available

The website includes a link to skip navigation, visible keyboard focus, headings that organise the content and labels for form fields. Service information and AI examples are available as ordinary text alongside the visual demonstrations. You can enlarge text using your browser's zoom settings.

The site responds to your device's reduced-motion preference. You do not need to play an animation to understand the service or send an enquiry.

Known limitations

Some demonstrations use animation and graphics. Their visual detail may be difficult to follow with magnification or a screen reader, and they may not display on devices with limited graphics support. Read the accompanying text for the workflow and its purpose, or ask us for an explanation in another format.

Stripe operates the separate payment page. If any part of that page prevents you from arranging a visit, contact us so we can discuss an accessible way to proceed.

We have not completed a full accessibility audit. If you encounter a barrier, please tell us so we can investigate and help you access the information or service.

If you are unhappy with our response

Use our complaints procedure. For independent information about equality rights and help with disability discrimination concerns, you can contact the Equality Advisory and Support Service.
